Force gauges are used to measure tension and compression forces. The instrument can be used as a handheld gauge or mounted to a motorized or manual test stand.
There are several types of force gauges:
- Digital Force Gauges - Digital readout of results, some gauges have outputs, break detection, load averaging.
- Mechanical Force Gauges - Analog readout of results. Since it doesn't run on battery, it does not need to be charged.
- Ergonomic Force Gauge Kits - Includes attachments used in strength assessment and ergonomic testing.
- Hydraulic Force Gauges - Occasional force checks, continuous loading, or permanent installation. Available in capacities up to 1.6 MN.
Most of the gauges come with a NIST calibration certificate. Please see the product page "Included Items" for certificate information specific to the product. We also offer ISO17025 calibration for an additional charge that will show as an option on the product page.
