RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Test Stands and Test System Returns

All test stands and test systems are built to order.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which includes inspection, testing, and recalibration costs.

Equipment must be returned complete, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Additional fees may apply if parts, accessories, documentation, software, or original packaging are missing. Repair, replacement, repackaging, or recalibration costs will be deducted from the refund if the returned equipment is damaged or incomplete.

All returns require prior written authorization from JLW Instruments and must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Other Product Returns

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in the original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Battery packs
• Chargers
• Custom, modified, or special-order products
• Custom grips and fixtures
• Calibration weights
• Calibration services
• Software licenses and digital products

Refunds

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. JLW Instruments reserves the right to approve or reject any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or applied as a credit to the customer's account, at the sole discretion of JLW Instruments.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping

All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges are non-refundable.

The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
