Description
The Mark-10 F755 and F1505 force testers are designed for tension and compression force testing. The F755 has a 750 lbf capacity and the F1505 has a 1,500 lbf capacity. These test stands are available with a touchscreen that has the software already installed or software only to install on your own computer.
You can create and run a wide range of basic and multi-step tests, including:
- Limit testing to a load, break, or distance
- Height measurement
- Load holding
- Cycle testing
- Multi-step testing, utilizing any combination of the above functions
Run individual runs or batches, and view data in graphical format or results tables. Save or export data as needed, or generate a report.
Features
- Factory compensation of test frames and force sensors ensure position accuracy of ±0.002 in / 0.05 mm under any load, at any position.
- Deflection compensation utility can be used to compensate for deflection within the grips and attachments. The deflection offset file can be associated with the test setup file.
- Collects load and travel data at up to 1,000 Hz, and allows up to 4 million data points per run.
- Save or export data automatically or manually. Save individual runs and results to a USB drive or file location of your choice.
- Manual control can be used tor running a quick test without having to create a test profile.
- Control user access with three different permission levels.
