Textile tensile grips and webbing grips are specialized fixtures designed for secure and reliable tensile testing of flexible materials such as fabrics, ribbons, and webbings. These grips ensure even clamping pressure, preventing slippage or damage during testing while providing accurate force measurements.

Connections on these grips and fixtures are threaded or have a female eye end. Grips and fixtures with a female eye end will have a 5/8" or 1.25" diameter. These sizes are standard for Lloyd Instruments, Chatillon, and Mark-10 equipment. We also sell these brands of test stands, load cells, and force gauges to use with our grips and fixtures.

We have adapters to fit our grips and fixtures to any test stand brand including Instron, MTS, Zwick, Shimpo, and more.
