The Mark-10 WT-205 Wire Crimp Pull Tester is a portable solution designed to streamline wire crimp testing while ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a force capacity of up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) and an ergonomic lever, it allows technicians to test quickly and accurately with minimal effort. The adjustable terminal fixture supports a wide range of wire sizes (up to AWG 3), and the self-tightening wedge grip provides a secure hold on the cable delivering consistent, repeatable results.
Equipped with a backlit LCD display, the WT-205 shows real-time and peak force readings, pass/fail indicators, and a load bar to prevent overload. It stores up to 1,000 readings, automatically captures peak force at break, and resets for the next test. With multiple output options (USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, analog), it integrates seamlessly into QA systems. Optional Functions
Any of these optional functions may be purchased at time of order or may be enabled in the field at a later date through a simple activation process. A complete options package is also available, including all of the listed features at a discounted price. The tester is shipped in Demo Mode, during which time all available functions are enabled for 160 hours of operation.
