Description
The AFM external force sensor can be utilized alongside our DFS3 Digital Force Gauge to provide maximum flexibility when performing various tests across the board without needing to frequently adjust parameters.
All settings can be programmed ahead of time, which increases efficiency in testing that takes place multiple days. Up to two sensors can be connected to the DFS3 force gauges, making it possible to use all three sensors together. The force gauge displays the output one at a time, eliminating confusion as to where the results are coming from.
A single click allows the force gauge to identify both external sensors due to their ADC inline boxes, which produce a digital signal that is stable and reliable. This digital communication enhances precision and maintains the calibration data internally, making it transferable to other DFS3 gauges without changing readings. This usability makes it plug-and-play.
