We're excited to announce our upcoming webinar with orthopedic and sports physical therapist Dr. Leon Knight. Knight will discuss how he assesses two basketball players as they prepare to return to the court. The two players, a center and a point guard, differ in body type. These physical differences call for unique assessments to ensure each player is ready to return to sport.
Dr. Knight will discuss the ways in which he tests each respective position to ensure they are returning to their team healthy and prepared to play at a high level.
The webinar will take place February 21st at 12:00pm CDT. You can register for this webinar here.
The webinar will cover:
- An overview of the physical demand on each position
- A description of each body type and their differences
- The specific assessments created for each position in order to ensure proper rehabilitation
- The return to sport testing that must be completed by each position and why

About KINVENT
Measuring hand grip strength, balance and range of motion is critical, but many physical therapists have no way to accurately capture and save patient data, in real time… until now.
KINVENT force plates, dynamometers and goniometers quickly and accurately measure and report patient progress through the KINVENT Physio App. When patients see progress, they are more engaged in their physical recovery.
